They are previous nannies, educators, and students who are committed to the field of education. Our nannies are familiar with the development of children, and have the educational experience to care for your children.
What materials are provided to make my nanny selection?
Each prospective nanny is introduced with a Nanny Portfolio. The nanny's portfolio is much like a teacher's portfolio, but more extensive: It will include the comprehensive background check , resume, philosophy on education, questionnaire, as well as nanny certifications and experience.
What are your fees?
Permanent: $275 application fee; plus agency fee
Temporary: $250 registration fee
Advance notice $30/day
Same day service $50/day
Holidays/Overnight $40/day
Hotel Services: No registration fee,
$45/day with advance reservations
$50/day within 48 hours notice
$60/day for same day service
We also provide nannies for Corporate Events and Special functions.
How much can I expect to pay my nanny?
$15-$20/hour is the average for the Washington metropolitian area. Rates are determined by nanny educational level, professional experience, and previous salary history.
How long will it take to find my nanny?
The average time is 3-6 weeks, however family situations vary. Some families are able to make a decision right away, and others families may take longer depending on scheduling, travel, or availability for interviews.
What if I choose to continue my nanny full-time after initially hiring for temporary services.
Only the referral fee would be payable.
How do I determine deductions for my nanny's pay?
We are ablle to assist you in payroll and tax services; you may also visit our partners BreedLove and Associates for tax and payroll assistance.
